Russ Ellis is the Modified Rookie of the Year Award Winner for 2006. He holds the consecutive points gainer for coming in from 5th in points 2004 (Rookie of the Year in Late Model), to 2005, when he finished 4th in points for Late Model, to finish 3rd in points for 2006. In 2007, Russ raced for Getloaded.com in the Chesterfield Berry Farm #33 Monte Carlo SS.
As Cub Master, I am very proud of our Pack, who so impressed Russ that he has already agreed to come back next year. In fact, he wants to build a pinewood racer for the Open Class category. Now, what did I do with that tube of graphite?!!?
