Condition: Fair- Has several ghost stitch marks from previous patches haven been sewn on. Includes the American Flag patch on Right Sleeve & Boy Scouts of America over right chest pocket. Left Sleeve has Badge Magic "leftovers" in the Council Badge and Pack Numeral area.
