Uniform Inspection Sheets

Below is a link to Uniform Inspection Sheets.  Besides using the sheets to facilitate uniform inspections, each sheet shows badge placement for each style uniform. As you sew on badges to your cub's shirt, use the appropriate sheet as a guide.  These files are in Adobe Acrobate .PDF format.

Uniform Parts
There are four programs within a Cub Scout Pack:  Tigers, Wolves, Bears and Webelos.  Some uniform parts can be worn by all groups, some parts by most groups, but each program also, has it's own specific uniform parts.  The basic uniform consists of a shirt, pants, belt, socks, hat, neckerchief with slide and appropriate insignia. A Webelos den wears the Cub Scout uniform but  has the option of wearing Boy Scout uniform with appropriate Cub Scout insignia.  Click on a badge below to go to see the uniform parts for that program.group.

Optional Boy Scout Socks
The Webelos uniform is the traditional blue Cub Scout uniform.  Webelos have the option of wearing the Boy Scout shirt, pants and socks to facilitate the transition from the Cub Program to the Boy Scout Program.  If the Webelos boy has not outgrown his blue uniform, he can wear the blue Cub Scout shirt, pants and socks if desired.  This allows him to get as much use out of an existing purchase as possible.
Uniform Insignia
All members of a Cub Scout den, boys and adults, wear the following patches:  council strip, unit number, den number and world crest.  A Webelos den can opt to use a den emblem, or patrol medallion, instead of the den number.  Please review teh uniform inspection sheet or the cub scout hand book for proper  placement on the uniform.
